Delete app access and data

If you would like to delete your access to Radio Tutor and the associated data, proceed as follows:

1, Log in to Radio Tutor . If you have forgotten your password, first use the "Forgotten password" function to log in.

2, Open the user menu at the top right of the desktop or tablet view. On mobile phones, you will find this function in the general menu.

3. Select the "Profile" entry. In the following dialogue window "Delete account".

4. Confirm the security prompt. Your account and all associated data will be deleted by an administrator after 2 working days at the latest.
